Anna Marie began her studies of Craniosacral Therapy after personally experiencing this amazing healing modality. This launched her journey into energetic based healing. Anna Marie commenced her studies of Craniosacral Unwinding in 2014 and Polarity Therapy in 2016 under the guise of Gary Strauss, her mentor, from The Life Energy Institute. Her certification of Massage Therapy from IPSB in 2008 is now complimented with energetic based modalities.
For years Anna Marie had rented space in various locations and provided “house calls” as most bodyworkers do. The time had definitely come to manifest what had been in her dreams. The story continues to finding, or perhaps the Universe providing, the perfect location for a boutique studio she designed…she created…
“Dreams…Manifestations…Reality…”

When tailoring a session for a client, Ramón considers not only realizing results, but also their experience on the table. “A session that is driven by both function and style…science and grace— I imagine this makes a good massage. I truly believe this work to be a healing art.” Having originally earned his Holistic Health Practitioner credentials from IPSB College, San Diego, CA in 2012—Ramón excitedly rejoined the SoCal wellness community in late 2016 after his wife, Casey, concluded her graduate studies at Boston University. Ramón welcomes diversity in his practice and enjoys working with clients from all walks of life. His experience includes partnering with renowned organizations such as the Boston Ballet, Boston College Eagles football program, Boston Athletic Association, and Ocean Beach Woman’s Club as well as involvement in local events such as Sarah Anassori’s Stepping Into Someday Women’s Leadership Retreat: Rise and Jamie Baker’s #GoldClassWorkout and day-retreats. “My goal in any session is to empower the individual, my client, to be their best. To help them let go of that which is not serving them…to release, and then of course, to restore.” Techniques employed in a session with Ramón vary as needed but primarily involve one or more of the following modalities: Myofascial Release, Neuromuscular Therapy, Deep Tissue, Swedish Massage, Sports Massage, and Table Thai Massage.

Marie was first introduced to Massage Therapy in 2010, while attending a massage workshop, where she was working as a volunteer at a local yoga studio and holistic healing center. It was from that day on she realized the powerful effect of massage and how it would always have a significant role in her life. After spending five years working in the fashion industry, she became eager to continue learning about the human body and healing. In 2015, she graduated from the National Holistic Institute with 1,350 hours of combined extensive training in Neuromuscular Therapy, Trigger Point Therapy, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Therapy, Swedish, Pre-natal/post-natal, Thai, Shiatsu, Somatic therapy, and Energy work. She is a firm believer that when the mind is in-sync with the body, the physical body can then receive the full benefit of healing. With this in mind during her sessions, she enjoys facilitating mind, body, spirit healing through guided breathing, meditation, and visualizations focused on the act of “letting go.” To deeper her knowledge and practice, she is continuing to study Ayurveda Holistic Medicine, an India based ancient natural healing system. Marie is truly passionate about helping people by using a variety of modalities to create a customized session based on the individual’s needs.

Lomi Lomi Massage is deeply rooted in ancient Hawaiian tradition. The literal translation of “lomi” means to knead, rub, soothe or weave. In the context of massage, it means to let go of what is not serving us. What makes Lomi Lomi unique is the use of forearms, flowing movement, intention and breath resulting in a deep meditative presence for the giver and receiver. Learn more here

Unlike deep tissue, which tends to focus on very specific issues/areas, deep massage addresses the whole body and is effective at targeting overall stress and tension from everyday work and life issues.
