Anna Marie began her studies of Craniosacral Therapy after personally experiencing this amazing healing modality. This launched her journey into energetic based healing. Anna Marie commenced her studies of Craniosacral Unwinding in 2014 and Polarity Therapy in 2016 under the guise of Gary Strauss, her mentor, from The Life Energy Institute. Her certification of Massage Therapy from IPSB in 2008 is now complimented with energetic based modalities.
For years Anna Marie had rented space in various locations and provided “house calls” as most bodyworkers do. The time had definitely come to manifest what had been in her dreams. The story continues to finding, or perhaps the Universe providing, the perfect location for a boutique studio she designed…she created…
“Dreams…Manifestations…Reality…”
Anna Marie founded TEMPLEWORK LA December 2016 with the goal of providing stellar bodywork and energy work in an environment conducive to healing the spirit. The journey from massage to energy work was transforming for not only her, but for her clients as well. Anna Marie is certified in massage therapy and her energetic offerings include both Craniosacral Therapy and Polarity Therapy, and most recently Crystal Healing.
In addition to building and cultivating TEMPLEWORK LA into the unique studio it has become, she has created The Private Collection: Handcrafted Essential Oil blends made with intuition, purpose, and so much love…TEMPLEWORK LA offers not only bodywork services, but a myriad of classes that support the human spirit and offers a safe space to be taken care of.
The combination of massage and energy work makes lasting changes. Energy work is really where The Magic Happens. I am so very proud to be part of this community and to provide the amazing services we offer. Thanks to each and every client who has graced our studio with their presence. Truly. – Anna Marie Wood

Marie was first introduced to Massage Therapy in 2010, while attending a massage workshop, where she was working as a volunteer at a local yoga studio and holistic healing center. It was from that day on she realized the powerful effect of massage and how it would always have a significant role in her life. After spending five years working in the fashion industry, she became eager to continue learning about the human body and healing. In 2015, she graduated from the National Holistic Institute with 1,350 hours of combined extensive training in Neuromuscular Therapy, Trigger Point Therapy, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Therapy, Swedish, Pre-natal/post-natal, Thai, Shiatsu, Somatic therapy, and Energy work. She is a firm believer that when the mind is in-sync with the body, the physical body can then receive the full benefit of healing. With this in mind during her sessions, she enjoys facilitating mind, body, spirit healing through guided breathing, meditation, and visualizations focused on the act of “letting go.” To deeper her knowledge and practice, she is continuing to study Ayurveda Holistic Medicine, an India based ancient natural healing system. Marie is truly passionate about helping people by using a variety of modalities to create a customized session based on the individual’s needs.

Hi, I’m Casey. Born and raised in Rochester, New York, I worked a myriad of jobs from lifeguard, to mobile food worker, to janitorial work, to manufacturing wire brushes… things were getting tiring, and I needed a career. After lots of traveling and soul searching, I finally reach a point quiet enough to hear my true calling. I made the decision to follow in the footsteps of a life-long friend who sadly lost her battle with cystic fibrosis in 2016. Missy helped me recognize the value of health and the importance of maintaining the only thing in this world we’ll keep until the end, the body. I attended Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage in Rochester before headed off to Chiang Mai, Thailand to continue my studies. I have since then spent my massage career blending various modalities and taking a unique approach to my sessions to help clients achieve their greatest potential. I have found I can address most issues and needs with my client in the most naturally aligned position of being face up on the table. I strive to communicate clearly with everyone I get the privilege of working on to have sessions that are both restorative and relaxing. Outside of massaging, I teach and mentor full time at National Holistic Institute College of Massage Therapy here in California. Teaching has provided me with the opportunities to meet people I otherwise may have never known and allowed me to connect with more techniques and personalities than I ever imagined.
Having grown up a dancer and athlete, Jen always remembered what helped her the most when pain, stress and anxiety struck: massage therapy. After getting her footing here in Los Angeles following her move from New York City, Jen enrolled in night school at National Holistic Institute to become a Massage Therapist and Health Educator.
Now, with over 11 years in the industry, Jen has achieved a level of skill that brings clients into a deep relaxed state with a customized session.
Proficient in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Acupressure, Hot and Cold Stone, Pre-natal, and Labor Stimulating techniques, Jen integrates and executes the session designed for her client’s needs at the time. Her touch is very intuitive, slow, and focused.
Rachel is a writer turned somatic practitioner. She holds an MFA in Creative Writing from the University of San Francisco and has integrative certifications in Somatic Release (SRT), The Points Holding Process & Psychoneuroenergetic (PNE) therapies from the Somatic Institute in Los Angeles. She is also in the process of studying Jungian dream analysis, which she plans to incorporate in future offerings integrated with her somatic work and creative writing.
Rachel’s transition from writing to the world of healing evolved from her lifelong investigation of the disconnection of gut-heart-brain that can occur from trauma. Growing up with severe autoimmune responses (from chronic gut inflammation to full-body paralysis to depression and dissociation), Rachel’s explorations in numerous alt-therapies lead her to find PNE as a method that works safely on the deepest levels to produce real and lasting nervous system shifts.
Operating from the knowing that we cannot heal unless we are in our bodies, Rachel guides clients towards to the presence of internal movements within their body, a “felt sense” that tunes into the body’s natural self-regulatory processes, leading directly to energy blockages, misalignments and limiting belief systems.

Jericho was born and raised in Montana and then made a move to Hawaii. She was very inspired by the beautiful ocean and landscape of Hawaii. She also fully resonated with the authentic spirituality and culture of the Hawaiian islands. She attended the KCC Professional Massage School under the direction of Virginia Dunas and trained in a variety of modalities.
She fell in love with the beautiful flow and healing aspect of Lomi Lomi, under the guidance of Kumu Reuben Delronio. Lomi Lomi which means “to knead” inspires the sacred shift within you that is inspired by the healing.
Her signature sessions have developed into, as they would say in Hawaii, a “mixed plate”. This is a combination/blend attuned to each session based on the needs of the client deeply rooted in the form of flow. She has been in practice for over twenty years and loves to bring people back to their center and to a “better place”.
She worked at the St. Regis on Kauai for many years and also has worked in medical massage, and many other places. In her free time she enjoys the arts, or connecting with nature either at the beach or in the mountains.
